Sizing is a function of attic square footage, ceiling height, climate, and intake venting. The simple version: a 30W solar fan covers a typical 1,500 to 2,500 square foot single-story attic.
If your attic runs over 2,500 square feet, has tall vaulted ceilings, or is split by a firewall into two sections, you want two fans. If you are in a brutal heat market like Phoenix or San Antonio, sizing up to two fans on a borderline attic is the safer call.
The product page asks for your home square footage and roof shape. That triggers the right configuration. If you are unsure, we can pull your address on aerial imagery and confirm before you check out.
The one mistake we will not let you make is undersizing because the smaller package is cheaper. A 10W fan on a hot Texas attic does almost nothing. If your attic does not need a 30W, we will tell you, and you can buy somewhere else.
